LTD was founded as a training and motivational organization affiliated with Amway. However, it has been revealed that deceptive practices, including false income claims and undisclosed compensation plans are being conducted by LTD. It is important to understand the origins of LTD in order to recognize the impact it has had on individuals.
LTD Compensation Plan
The compensation plan of LTD involves roughly 9000 active Amway distributors spending money on tools and events, generating an estimated $6 million annual revenue for Larry & Pam Winters. However, only a select few-(high level pins apart of LTD) make a profit, causing financial harm to many. Understanding the compensation plan is crucial for individuals to make informed decisions about their involvement with LTD.
LTD Compensation Contract
This is the LTD Compensation Contract given to Amway Ranked Platinums & above. Amway IBOs/distributers that are apart of LTD begin to recieve LTD Compensation once they reach the Amway Ranked Platinum Level. The LTD Compensation Plan is not disclosed to Amway IBOs/distributers. In addition, it is not mentioned that the MAIN INCOME SOURCE-(majority of income) for Amway High Level Pins that are apart of LTD-(Specifcally Amway Ranked Emeralds & above) comes from the LTD Tools System & not Amway. 👇👇
