Betrayal Unveiled

In October 2025, every LTD member at the Summit Conference-(a conference meant for ALL LTD members to attend) was exposed to false income claims, & false advertising that violated Amway's QAS-(Quality Assurance Standards) Content Standards. 

What LTD members were never told is that immediately after Summit, Larry & Pam recorded a private video admitting these violations but this video was never shared with ALL of the LTD downline members who actually heard the illegal claims. 

Instead, LTD Leadership restricted the video to select higher ups, quietly changed the curriculum, & left thousands of active members in the dark. 

Why This is Illegal: The Legal Obligation For LTD to Disclose The Winters Confession to ALL LTD Members

Under U.S. consumer protection law, when a company gives deceptive earnings claims to an audience, they have a legal duty to correct every person who heard the false claim, relied on the false claim, or repeated the false claim downstream. Changing a ciriculum later is NOT a correction. Updating a ciriculum later is NOT a correction. If individuals hear false claims, or were influenced by someone who did; they are legally entitled to the correction. 

Failing to deliver it to the affected audience is Deception By Omission. LTD knowingly withheld material corrective information from the LTD members who needed it. This makes LTD guilty for violating several laws such as.....

1. VIOLATION OF THE FTC ACT (SECTION 5) - Unfair/deceptive practices that mislead reasonable consumers-(In this case LTD members). It is illegal for a business to make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims. Since LTD got caught for making misleading statements at the Summit Conference, The FTC expects LTD to correct the misleading statements to everyone who heard them by law. This means Larry & Pam's Confession video is legally required to be disclosed to ALL LTD members who attended the Summit Conference. 

2. VIOLATION OF CONSUMER STATE LAWS (UDAP)  - Every State prohibits misleading earnings representations and failure to provide corrections. LTD provided misleading earning claims at the Summit Conference and failed to provide corrections for LTD members who were In attendance. 

3. VIOLATION OF THE FTC EARNING CLAIMS RULES - The FTC requires companies to provide truthful earning data, proper earning disclosures, & accurate income claims. If a company makes an inaccurate claim, the company must fix it to everyone who heard it. LTD only corrected the false/unsubstantiated claims through a private video only sent to a select group. This means correction was kept away from the rest of the LTD members who were expsosed at the Summit Conference. LTD did not fulfill it's legal duty to correct the misleading earning claims to all LTD members who attended the Summit Conference in 2025.
